5. Delete My Account

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

Instructions: To proceed with account removal, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your account and navigate to the Profile tab in the left sidebar.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the Delete My Account section.
Read the warning text: "This action will permanently delete your account and all associated data. This process is irreversible, so please proceed with caution.".
Click the red Delete Account button.
A Confirmation pop-up will appear asking: "Are you sure you want to delete your Account?".
Click the green Yes button to confirm.

Note: Upon clicking this button, you will receive a final confirmation pop-up (asking "Are you sure?"). Once confirmed, your account will be deactivated immediately, and your data—including course history and certificates—will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days.

6. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.
