1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using OEPS (Online Education Platform for Sindh) (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

To access educational content, you may be required to create an account. Regarding your account, you agree to:

  • Accuracy: Provide accurate, current, and complete academic and personal information.
  • Security: Safeguard your password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Eligibility & Age Limitation: This Service is intended for students at the Intermediate/HSC level. You must be at least 13 years of age to access the Service. If you are under the age of majority (18 years old), you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with your parent or legal guardian and that they have agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By creating an account, you confirm that you have obtained such permission.

3. Account Termination and Deletion

By You:

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, you have the right to delete your account at any time through the Delete My Account section in the app settings.

By Us:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these Terms or engage in academic dishonesty.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the Service for any illegal purpose.
  • Harassing teachers, students, or staff.
  • Sharing your account credentials with others to bypass enrollment restrictions.
  • Attempting to extract source code or hack the platform.
  • Plagiarizing course materials or assignments.
  • Using automated systems or bots to interact with the platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (including video lectures, quizzes, and text), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of OEPS and its licensors.

All educational content provided through OEPS is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of Pakistan.

In no event shall OEPS, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or any interruptions in educational delivery.

Note: While we strive to provide uninterrupted access to educational content, OEPS is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Sindh, Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sindh, Pakistan.
